Pizza With A Twist

How To Make A Stuffed Pizza Braid

Keep it fun and easy with a twist on your regular pizza night. The pizza braid is a fun way to change things up while still using all of your favorite pizza ingredients. While it may look fancy, the pizza braid is actually just a mock braid and not any harder to make than a calzone or regular pizza.

To top off this stuffed pizza recipe we added our favorite Pizzacraft Herb Blends. These blends are made from premium, dried herbs and can really amplify the flavor of your dough and sauce. We have three blends to experiment with:

  • The Neapolitan blend: the perfect herb blend for the purest of pizzas. Combine with fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomato sauce, and fresh basil.
  • Tuscan: a lovely complement to an earthy white pizza. Combine Nicoise olives, pancetta and thinly sliced potatoes with a layer of rich Fontina.
  • The Spicy Calabrese: this blend is a colorful mix with a touch of garlic, spices and chili pepper.
