Aluminum Deep Dish Pizza Pan
To make delicious, hearty Chicago-style deep dish pizza, you're going to need a pan that can handle anything the Windy City can throw at it!
Our deep dish pizza pans are seriously heavy-duty, and they conduct heat evenly, resulting in perfectly cooked deep dish creations. You'll get soft, thick crust with a crisp outer layer. These deep dish pizza pans are made of 19 gauge hard anodized aluminum, creating a durable, non-stick surface. In fact, it is over 80% harder than stainless steel, making it tough enough to stand up to the rigors of both the oven and the broiler.
You can even use metal utensils without worrying about scratching your pans surface. The rim of the pan is rolled, making it a safe serving piece that can be presented straight from the oven. (Just make sure you use heat-safe gloves if your pizza's still piping hot!)
Although the pan is stick-resistant, oiling it before use is recommended.
- The 6" pan measures 2" deep and will make enough pizza to feed 1-2 people.
- The 8" pan measures 2" deep and will make enough pizza to feed 2-4 people.
- The 10" pan measures 2"deep and will make enough pizza to feed 4-6 people.
