With the warm weather finally here, many of us are uncovering our grills this month. There are many ways to keep the pies coming and pizza on the grill is one of our favorites!

These grill accessories can take your pizza to the next level by controlling the heat of your grill to give you brick oven quality on the BBQ.

In addition to being able to cook great pizza, you can also smoke your pizza on the grill or in the Pronto Oven® with the curved smoker box. The smoker boxes allow you to give your pizza a unique smoked flavor. With four different kinds of chips and pellets, you can customize your smoke to fit your pizzas flavor profile. The smoke from the smoker boxes gives an enhanced flavor to your crust, cheese, veggies, and meat.

The best part is you don't need a special grill to get great smoked food, the smoker boxes work on any grill that fits your pizza stone and can be refilled with chips or pellets for all the smoke you need.

Flavored Wood Chips

Wood chips come in two flavors; hickory and mesquite.

Smokehouse-style Wood Pellets come in hickory, maple, oak, and cherry.

Depending on what kind of pizza you are grilling the smoke that you infuse can be tailored to your liking. Each type of chip will give off a unique smoke flavor profile.
